RECRUITMENT PROCESS & DOCUMENTATION
The recruitment process begins immediately upon receiving the required legal documents from the employer/company. The procedure is structured, transparent, and starts with the preparation and submission of the following documents:
1. Required Documents from the Employer
Important Note on Attestation: All relevant documents including Commercial Registrations, Visa Payment Slip, and Sponsor’s ID must be duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Pakistan Embassy in the employer’s country.

STEP-BY-STEP RECRUITMENT WORKFLOW
Step 1: Candidate Selection & Testing
We strongly recommend candidate selection through oral or practical trade tests conducted either by the employer or their authorized representative.
Employer Selection: We arrange complete logistical support including accommodation, transport, and facilitation for the employer’s interview team.
Agency Selection: If entrusted with recruitment, our technical team conducts detailed testing, evaluation, and screening under professional supervision.
Step 2: Permission from the Protector of Emigrants
After finalizing employer documentation, all files are submitted to the Protector of Emigrants (Government of Pakistan) for mandatory registration and recruitment approval.
Step 3: Press Advertisements
Manpower requirements are published in leading national newspapers to attract suitable and qualified candidates.
Step 4: Shortlisting & Interview Calls
Applications are carefully reviewed, and shortlisted candidates are contacted for formal interviews and practical trade testing.
Step 5: Final Selection
Candidates who successfully pass initial evaluations appear before the Selection Board (if required by the employer). Final selection is based on comprehensive performance assessment and evaluation results.
